CHRISTMAS LIGHTS.

I don't know why, the tree is looking suspiciously fake in these photos, but no, I can assure you it is 100% nordman fir, I spent long enough in the freezing cold rating these babies out of 10 with mum and dad, just to find the perfect tree, our new companion in the living room for the next three weeks. 

So no surprises, if you are an avid follower of my other blog, you will know I am obsessed with all these christmassy craft programmes. Well not all. One. Kirstie's Handmade Christmas. So I've just finished another episode of that, and felt like sharing our cosy christmas lounge with you. 

I love our new addition to our fireplace garland - the little metal N O E L letters from M&S.

Okay everyone, this may look a bit odd. No panic attacks now, I'm not dropping Paisley & Pearl, the main blog, this is just a photographic add on. Since I bought my Lumix in October, I've taken lots of photos which don't really fit in on the other blog, as it's not really about photography is it, it's completely fashion focused! 

SO. This + Paisley blog will see beauty, lifestyle and every other type of photo that inspires me to do something. I think it's important to have another love aside from fashion, and snapping away 'til my hearts content certainly covers that. 

I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I do. 

This blog isn't about me, it's about my camera and it's macro lens, and hopefully I'll have a lot of snowy snaps in the coming week, as I'm getting pretty festive now. SNO.
